    New guy in the SW corner.

    Hey everyone, how ya doing?

    My name's Rob, and I live down in the SW corner of the state. Currently sporting a '93 Z28 that's sloooooooowly changing from a literal DD (even winters ) to a stripper weekend warrior/"sleeper" (lol at exhaust setup...). Some of you may recognize me from some of the bigger sites, I'm registered on three of them or something.

    Well anyway, here's some info on the car!

    - 192000+ miles on everything but the go-fast goodies
    - LE top end (LE2 heads, LE ported intake, custom baby LE cam (similar duration to the hot cam, but more lift and tighter LSA)
    - Stock A4
    - Stock rear-end
    - LPP LTs and custom 3" TDs with Sweet Thunder mufflers dumped out the sides before the rear (That's where the whole "sleeper" comes in. lol)
    - A bunch of miscellaneous weight reduction (AC removal is next on my list as well as some racing seats)
    - Kind of a 20-footer....lol. But next spring my dad and I will be trying our hand at exterior work so hopefully our newbieness won't keep us from turning it into a 10-footer or maybe better!

    So yeah that's everything I think...any questions feel free to ask!

      Thanks! I'll grab some pics tomorrow in the sun, I just don't want anyone to poke fun at Betty because of her current condition...(Yes I named her Betty. lol.) Almost 200000 miles and 5 MI winters will take a toll on most any car unfortunately.

      And you bet, I'll be gathering all kinds of info about that before we start; I don't like to go into anything blindly. lol

          Alright cool.

          I know there are a few f-bodies running around my area, I wonder if any of them are members here...

          Edit: I like that this site has inside jokes, definitely makes it feel like a close-knit community!

                  Welcome.

                  I spent 10 years in Bridgman. My inlaws are in sawyer, I make back to that area a few times a year. Love that area will move back someday I hope.

                        HEY! I just bought the trailer AND have 250 real miles on it soooooooo......
