      Welcome, Im Jon...
Nice to see a 3rd gen getting refinished to make nice again.
Good job and any information about the 5 speed swap? Was it difficult? How was the tuning?

When the rear end's loose, the car's fast. Loose is fast, and on the edge you're out of control.

          IROCZ Decals.JPGCamaro Interior.jpgOriginal IROC.jpg

My son first car was a silver 1985 IROC Camaro with the Lear Siegler seats in 1992 (the two last pictures). In 2010 we decided that we would clone a car to match his first car. We found a silver 1987 Z28 Camaro to start our build. One year later we completed the transformation back (picture on the left). Rebuilt the engine, rebuilt & installed a 5-speed manual transmission, instead of the automatic that came in the car, and installed a 3.42 posi rear end assembly.
