Welcome to the site, Seth. If you don't mind, I'd like to change your username to something else... having your e-mail address as your username is going to open you up to receiving a TON of spam e-mail. Let me know what you want it changed to and I'll change it.

thanks to everyone with the nice greetings, so far i have enjoyed the site. i have never been to the track before. im hopeing to have a good time and hopefully run high to mid 13s. my car is mostly stock with a new top end rebuild due to warped heads. and not very smart owner before i lol. if anyone can help, i am in the need of a factory ws6 lid and box the owner before me got rid of it i guess and put an aftermarket cold air kit on. i would like for the origanal ram air to be back on it. i will hopefully post some pics tomorow of my car. i hope you all like it it needs a lil paint work on the drivers side but other than that it is pretty clean.

                  mods?

i am interested in doing some mods to my car that are cheaper and plan to change the gearing up in the rear end. if anyone has any ideas let me know. ive thought of putting a wet shot of nitrous on my car but it is a stock car. idk what mods i can do cheaply or in my shop on the car lift lol.

First off welcome! ive got a 97 bird myself but you wouldnt know by looking at it. As far as simple mods go. id look at these
+ Full exhaust (starting with longtubes/ORY)
                    + Delete emissions
                    + LS1 Lid or CAI
+ 3.73 gears for auto or 4:10 for an m6
                    + Decent tune.

if you run at the track and want better times get some nice fat and sticky radials, ive got 275/40/18s in the back of mine.
and then look at a nice torque convertor (for an auto)
