ok so I was going thru my engine bay and I found a connector that I didnt have plugged in.......In the picture connector A and B both fit in connector C but I'm not sure where the other plug would go and would that cause the high idle over a small vac line?Connectors Labeled.jpg

Connector C is your crank sensor. You definitely want to figure out which one that plugs into I have a feeling you have a some connectors in the wrong places.

Welcome. An open vac line will cause a high idle so you will need to block it off or figure where it goes, you can just forget about it since it's behind the intake... If it's for sure jumping in idle around your injector it hast to be a messed up o ring or cracked injector, the carb cleaner/starting fluid won't lie.

Hope you get it figured out!

Alright, lets try to break it down.

ICM - all three plugs present?

On the passenger side of the engine block there is a 3X crank sensor. That should be plugged into the ICM.

There is a 24X crank sensor up by the crank pulley. That should have green, black, and red wires. From what I've read the connector that plugs into that should have light green, blue with black stripe, and the yellow with black stripe wires coming out of it.

The cam sensor (connector C I assume) up front of the engine, above the water pump and just in front of the intake, and should also have green, red, and black wires. That plugs into the connector with red, red with black strip, and black with white stripe wires (connector A)

And I do agree with Michael, time to tear it apart and try it again. I always put a little bit of petroleum jelly into the injector bores and around the o-rings before install. It helps things go together and helps with keeping it air tight.
