    HI from Taylor MI

    hey gus, i just got a 1993 camaro z28 M6 6 speed,

    car has 84k on it all original, torch red with black stripes, black salad shooters, black racing stripes, and came with an SS hood scoop,

    anyone know how i can put that on the car? its fiberglass, and i dont know how to prep the hood for the install

      Welcome to the site, sounds like a nice car, post some pictures up. As for as the scoop, it sounds like you are trying to add a aftermarket scoop to your flat hood? If thats the case I would have a body shop do the work.

                Sounds like a really nice Camaro! Post up some pics!

                And like Darren said, if you want to be happy with the results on that scoop, you should have it done by a professional. Remember, it's always going to be front and center, right in front of you as you drive, and right in front of your friends and enemies when you're hanging out with the cars. When it's done right, it's a thing of beauty that does credit to your ride. Do it wrong, and it's like going out on a date with a giant infected zit on your nose... or something like that.
