Yeah, but he's old....that pretty black bird will probably need a driver modOriginally posted by Lucky SOB View Postgonna need more than that... your car is heavier and his has more cubes.
N/A ftw! If you want any help is selecting a nice combo for the future....let me know....there's a guy I'm working with that can probably help you with "Project Beat Old Man"!Originally posted by Conrad View PostI want to stay n/a. His heads are stage 1 livernois I believe. I think the heads and slightly larger cam I'm going with will recouperate for the lesser cubes and more weight. We will find out though.
Welcome aboard Conrad....see you next season!Last edited by OVRKILL; November 6th, 2011, 06:45 PM.sigpic

Cool, yea I will definitely watch for you, I cruise around in Ortonville quite a bit (used to in my v6 camaro).Originally posted by 01badbird View Postwelcome and glad you got car! (cool story to) will keep eye out for you !! also way to go with all the work and plans !!!!!
Lol but he is still an auto. My plans aren't really to beat my dad but I'm thinking we'll be about neck and neck once I get everything done. My focus is to get good power without spending crazy amounts of money, and staying n/a. I'm going to be trusting Advanced Induction to grind me a cam for my needs when they do the 243s. I've talked with them before and they are definitely my choice if I end up going with any heads. Can't stress enough how good of customer service they have and how helpful they are.Originally posted by OVRKILL View PostYeah, but he's old....that pretty black bird will probably need a driver mod
