Where did you get the dash "carpet" from?
turn signals are black housing ones from ebay, put caulk around the edges to seal them or they fog. i put all leds in there and had to replace my flasher with a no load one or they wont work. i added the blue lights, ebay, got a ticket for having blue lights on my car in westland so i just undid the wires.

the onyl shitty part is the bulb socket has a hard time getting in there so u either need to cut off little pieces to lock it in right or just force it. (thats what i did and it works fine)

the dash carpet is from auto anything. its suede and inexpensive.

Yup, I think that's what threw me off.

Either way - great looking ride and I appreciate all the unique things you've done to it!

yea im workin on it. i wish i had another option for the headlights. i was considering a sealed beam conversion but i really just want hid projectors. period. my light pattern kind of really sucks, no matter how i angle them i have gap in between them on the road, very odd. hows ur beam pattern? maybe i just got too cheap of projectors or something?

mine are different then yours. i have the ls1 headlights. rather then just high and low beam areas on the lights, there are two holes for the low beams to come out, and the one hole for the high beams. around the middle hole is the halo. mine are adjusted horribly tho.. one of the many thigns i need to work on

ah i see. After i finish my to do list im gonna wanna get a tune. Should i just go to livernois or what? I dont wanna spend much but i want it done right. My brother went to livernois he said it was 150$ (this or less would be ideal) for a tune? he said they didnt dyno it though... seems kind of retarded. Any suggestions? im willing to drive to an extent say 25 miles if i know i wont have to go back. Thanks much. I tried this search but the word tune is in every other post i was just trying to find a centralized thread.

                    scratch livernois... no lt1s

i'd call around to a few different places. i take my car to TJ at baker engineering. thats a long way for you tho. you might have to drive more then 25 miles away to find a good reputable tuner. its not something you want to have screwed up

a tune from livernois is somewhere around the $600 price range, they IMO seem a bit higher than other reputable shops but they do good work. I don't believe the tune LT1s anymore though there seems to be only a handful of local shops that do our sponsor Vector happens to be one though.

jesus thats expensive. ive read on the other ls/lt forums about 150-200 tunes. should i just do mailorder? i feel like theres soo many variables theyd miss though. pcmforless and whats that other one? mallord or something?

a base price for a full street or dyno tune is usually around $500 that is the only way I would ever recommend to have it done. A mail order tune is just a guess, you say you want it done right and this is one thing I would never skimp out on.

Mail order tunes are cheaper but you get what you pay for and many people would not recommend them. I know some people have PCMFORLESS tunes for just bolt on cars and their car runs fine but for any bigger mods then you would need a dyno or street tune. Contact Vector he is a site sponsor too.
