  • T.C. in the house!

Good evening from Traverse City, Michigan! I recently purchased what was my high school wet dream of a car. A 2000 Pontiac Trans Am with an LS1. After months of searching online I found it sitting on the side of the road in Charlevoix, MI. Once I found out of much of a steal it was, i felt as if I would lose money by not purchasing it on the spot. It is something I can work on little things here and there on the weekends, but still use it as a daily driver during the spring and summer months. This is by no means a trailer queen. I came to MiFBody by searching for cruise nights and other shows I could get involved with in my area.

Fellow TC guy here(part time). There doesn't seem to be much car stuff that happens up here. I try to cruise downtown on Friday nights but only did it once this summer. The import guys used to park downtown in an empty lot but now it seems the trucks took it over. Other than them, not much that I know of. I used to go to Kaleva to do the 1/8mi quite a bit but haven't at all the last two summers.
Culvers does have a Monday(I think) night meet n greet type thing. I've never been to it but have driven by. There are some nice classics there.
