  • New Member on 4th F-Body

Hi, my name is Chris, and I'm a full blown gearhead car addict. I'm on my 4th F-body, this current one being a 1979 Trans Am WS6 that I'm restoring for my wife who has always dreamed of owning one. I've owned a 2000 Camaro Z-28 with the T56 6 spd, a 2000 Trans Am auto, and a 98 Camaro v-6 coupe. All which were known to make passes at the local drag-strip. F-bodies are only a portion of my addiction, I also currently own a 72 C-10 that I've dropped a 96 Vortec FI engine and 4l60e trans into, a very uncommon 1973 Buick Apollo which unfortunately has been my back burner project for quite some time and hasn't seen the strip in a couple years now, came close last year but on a trial street run just before going on the trailer, the trans snapped in 2. And finally on the dark side of things my summer driver is a mid 12 second 86 Mustang, can I say that in here? And there is always my brother in law and his low 13's 02 WS6 T56 vert trying to chase me down. Like I said, addicted and driving the wife car nuts!100_3435.jpgsubframe done.jpg100_1777.jpg100_2645.jpg100_3563a.jpg

Welcome to the site, Chris! I hope you'll become an active member here - that's a gorgeous Trans Am. Mark your calendar for June 4th - we'd love to see it in person at the yearly Meet & Greet car show.
