They are custom 3pc wheels from iforged, and absolutly gorgeous. I would buy a set but I'd probably have to sell my winter car just to afford the rims, then Id need tires.

I've seen both those camaros at Berlin raceway the past couple of years for the UAW car show they have in August. I'm normally the only T/A that shows up. Two years ago a lady got pissed off at me for trying to park by the Camaro guy's. I felt like I was driving a Mustang for a few seconds. Either way you have some awesome cars. I'm sure I will see ya again this year if you go. I have some tires to burn up real good this year on the track.

Hey Greg...I meant to ask you earlier...what product do you use on your wheels to keep them in tip-top shape. I already need to touch mine up but I am a little leary of using some of the polishes out there.

                Thanks man!

James....He uses mothers billet polish....I too need to get some
for my wheels. It does not come cheap though. $12 for only 4oz.
Can pick up at most auto stores. If you don't want to do them yourself just take them to greg he seems to be pretty good at it. lol

Alan is correct, the best I have found is the Mothers Billet Aluminum polish. It by far offers the best shine of any product I have ever used and I have tried most including Wenol, Simichrome <sp>, Eagle One Nano, Never Dull and even Liquid Mothers polish. But it will not remove heavy staining, spotting or oxidation as it is a very mild product.

For heavy cleaning I use regular Mothers Aluminum Polish in the red can or Blue Magic aluminum polish works well too (especially on Stainless Steel). Then follow up with Mothers Billet for the best shine IMO.

When using the Billet polish rub briskly but not very hard and try to buff it off before it completely dries to reduce scratches. Also do not reuse your application rag after a day or so as the dried polishing compound on the rag will cause scratching of the aluminum.

                      Greg

Thanks for the tips Greg! I'll have to try that Billet polish.....sure is pricey stuff Of coarse, when you take into consideration the price of the wheels.....

Oh, BTW...I tried rolling the fender lip like you suggested......crack city! Big flakes of paint came off the lip. I should have expected it...paint is probably too old and brittle......oh well...at least you can't see it.
