TPI will work if you want a low revving torque setup. I ditched mine because I wanted the option of having more of an RPM range, so I'm going to get a retrofit LT1 from www.lt1intake.com. You will gain a lot of HP with only a small loss in torque.
But that was just my decision

Holley Stealthram Intake ,Some decent heads Brodix 23* -8 comes to mind, Mild camshaft, good headers and pray the rear stays together.

I have recently come accross this TPI set up which looks pretty cool.

I am pondering on this or going with the Big Mouth TPIS manifold and the existing SLP runners I have, then porting out my upper plenum.

If you really want to stay with TPI, I would suggest the Holley Stealth Ram. The stealth ram also works well with heavier breathing parts you may want later on when $ permits (heads, valvetrain, headers, etc). However IMO, TPI is a pretty poor system to modify. While it's fairly reliable stock and produces nice torque, if you end goal is all out performance then I would look towards different fueling (carb, stand alone, etc). The cost of making a high output tuned port system can get pretty high compared to other setups...Don

Edelbrock makes a nice set up, along with a ported plenum. All depends on power you want to make.
I like my set up a lot. Edelbrocks high flow intake and high flow runners to match. I can even port everything even more if I wanted to.
But that will wait for the 350 when I tear it all apart again.sigpic

I don't know my TPI car seems to run pretty well.
