So now that I finally got my car started it has a high idle. Idles in part around 1200 rpm, has a very slow surge of maybe 200 rpm. Checked all vacuum hoses and see no leak. Reset IAC (its a year old) and that did nothing. And interestingly enough unplugging it with the car running had no change.
Unplugged MAF and idle dropped to around 500-600 and ran somewhat rough. So the MAF is working, but it is the original to the car. I am assuming I have a vacuum leak but I can't find one yet.
