Do you have a hydraulic or Z bar clutch? I forget when the changeover was.
how are some wires the same??? and the carb is tapped into something right now just not sure what but good to know all i need is a fused source. heat and ac are part of the body harness tooright? im trying to find an ac delete panel, well i know were one is just he needs to send me it lol. but id like to keep heat at the least.

i have a reservior next to my drake booster and everything does that mean hydraulic?

most gauges are wired through C100 (bulkhead) but some important wires run over to C207 (these wires run in the engine harness)

Reverse switch wire...dark blue. Electric fuel pump? Power wire for that relay runs through that connector as well.

Huh, isnt that something. Never knew that was an option, wonder why they killed it. Must have been problematic?

Those brass contacts have always been a problem, I see mini vans come in and the contact plate is corroded and it casues the sliding doors to not close

The contacts are for the 3rd brake light.

Edit: The outer two are for the 3rd brake light, inner are for the defrost (if equipped)

Usually the gear housing cracks apart on the pull down. A1auto has new ones that fix this issue. I rebuilt the motor in mine, installed the new housing, and had it adjusted in about an hour. It's almost the same pull down setup that the older Cadillac's had. All the switches are in the unit itself.

                            Manual fuel pump.

Link to the 1a auto thing? I dint really mind if I didn't have the power option but as I found out with my 92 it had the power motor and my 85s non power hatch mechanism did bolt in so.im wondering if this style can swap to a non power. The third brake light will be gone soon too. Ill fix the power motor if I have to though
Mike the cluster wires are part of the whole ecm wiring then?

Tyler, I'll have to look at the wiring diagrams for an 86. If you want to come to the west side then I can help...I've done too many east side trips lately.
