  • 4th gen pedals in a 3rd gen

    Has anyone here ever installed a 4thgen pedal set for a six speed in a 3rd gen before if so do you have any pointers

    Can you argue that it's "revolutionary"? Perhaps. Just because it's "new" and "different" doesn't mean it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

    I did. I used the brake/clutch pedals and cut off the gas pedal so I could use the 3rd gen gas pedal. It's pretty much a straight bolt in ordeal except I had to enlarge the 4 holes slightly in the firewall for the brake booster.

      Ya know you could just send me a text. But yes they work like James said just had to enlarge the big hole a little for me and it works.

        I thought about going this route as well because I'd like to get rid of the old clutch safety switch and use the newer style. I think I read something about it be a weaker/flimsy setup??
