how close is your tune? I run into the 10:1 AFR without fouling champion Copper plugs...

I thought I ran AC DELCO's in my third gen (although i'm not sure with plugs those Al heads take) Sorry I can't be of more help. But tell me more about your tune...

well its got a 750 holley on it with 66 jets in it. it has a hessitation when you first mash the gas then it screams but it seems to be running good other then fouling out a plug. what else do you want to know

You really gotta get your car's AFR dialed. how much timing do you have? Are you sure the wire(s) is in good shape and you weren't getting weak spark? I'm just throwing out somethings i've dealt with in the past...

you will need to know if the plugs required are tapered seat or not (again, i don't know what type of plugs those Al heads take)... I would start with a trip to Auto Zone.

its got 12 degree advanced and 38 degrees are 3k rpm. all the wires are in good shape hell there almost still brand new. fron the looks of it they are nto tapered seat.
