Is anyone here running a custom cold or hot air intake for a TPI engine? I want to make one but I need some ideas! Thanks

Lets first ask the question what are you trying to accomplish?
People who make hot air intakes are usually trying to gain a mile or two better per tank.
Cold air intakes usually more power.
Personally I would leave it alone, for a intake to look GOOD it will get expensive and for most people not worth the time and $ for the results it gives.

There is two reason why I want a different intake. One to get rid of the ugly washer and coolant tanks. I am going to switch over to 4th gen washer and coolant tanks. I want to make an intake that goes over to the battery area and into the fender. I guess you are right no hot intake just a cold intake! Thanks guysAir Force/Afghanistan veteran
