Blower motor could be bad, relay for the blower motor could be bad, and isnt there a resistor that controls the settings (1,2,3 etc) ? Some places to start.

hook up two wire to the prongs then touch the battery terminals

now you know the motor isnt bad so its the relay or in the wiring somewhere.

The resistor is off to the side of the motor right? like by the relay kinda, i think theres 4 prongs and a plug on it?

we had the same exact problem recently. So check the ground wire (located on the motor) becuase that could be loose and check the relay connections because the are known to become corroded. Hope that helps.

I checked the relay and the resistor connections both were clean, however I didnt check or feel the relay "click" on though so it may be a non-working relay.
