With my Radiator replaced my next project on my list is to replace my rear seal and trans mount. Got it priced at Clarkston Trans last fall for 100 bucks each but i dont really like the work they do. Anyone know a good place i should take it to?

Yeah, your driveway. Seriously, the work you want done is so easy you could knock it out in an hour with hand tools and a floor jack. Rear main seal entails removing 4 bolts to pull the driveshaft out of the trans. Trans mount is 4 bolts to drop the trans crossmember, and 2 bolts and a nut to remove the stock trans mount. I just bought a stock replacement trans mount for 6.99 at NAPA....can't imagine the seal would be more than a couple bucks also. This work can be done very easy on jack stands and some hand tools. Why not give it a shot? If you were in GR i'd give ya a hand and show you just how easy it is.sigpicTurbo Charged LS1/T56
