  • Replacing Radiator

    Within in the next week or so im going to be replacing my radiator... Anyone have any helpful tips?

    its easy, cut and dry, take your time with the trans lines, I did my brothers about 20 min job
    '91 Camaro Modded, LSx, House of Kolor Intense White, lowered, GS chrome 18" wheels, 14" Brembo CTS-V on all 4 corners, LS rear end, FP suspension components

        radiator's are usually pretty easy. just pay attention to how it comes out. it will go in the same exact way
        98 z28, m6, monster clutch, eibach pro kit, custom twin turbo setup, 317 heads, z06 valve springs, arp rod bolts, 512rwhp at 10lbs. cobra eater

          Pull lower hose off water pump, drain coolant.

          Unscrew the transmission hoses on the pass side, make sure you have something under it to catch all the fluid.

          Pull upper hose off of radiator and unbolt the plastic top piece holding the radiator down.

          Pull radiator out.

          Install is the opposite of above.

            Yeah, it was pretty easy pulling the radiator out of my '86. Just pay attention and you shouldn't have any issues.

                  i did, makes it easier and you wont damage the one when you put it all back together

                          Theres 4 bolts (10MM) holding the fan on. Two on top, two on the bottom. Unclip the connector fromt he bottom side of the fan.
