So its that time of the year again, time to dust the snow off the Lemon's 1985 Iroc-z and get it ready for the Gingerman race in April.
Last year we chunked up our posi rear end quite a bit and probably next weekend we will be pulling the axles and replacing out as much as we can on the old rear end.
I'm trying to think of a way to keep the rear end cooler. Maybe fins on the cover? Air ducting? Speeds exceed 100 mph so I want to do whatever I can to get the rear end temps down. There was another Fbody at the race that was draining scalding hot metal halfway through the race.
Any ideas?
