The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. well that cam is pretty close in size/duration to my TR224 cam....112 lsa...yada yada yada....my guess is it'll sound something like mine...it's not very lumpy. just turn the idle down some...that adds to the chomp chomp chomp noise!
mine was the same way... seems like roller cams dont get the nice loppy sound of the old flat tappets... mine doesnt sound really lopy till its under 900rpm... i had it at 750.. wow didnt even sound like it was running... just a hicup every 3 seconds it seemed

To have a cam with a lot of lope to it while idling requires some overlap between the exhaust valve and the intake valve. The cam you listed only has 3 degrees of overlap so it will have a decent idle with a noticable burble or lope but could easially be smothed out with a higher idle speed or covered up with cats and a good muffler.
It will not have a Pro Stock race car kind of chop with this amount of overlap. For more "chop" at idle you need 9-10+ degrees of overlap and 15 degrees would be even better. The low speed torque will be down somewhat with a strong top end charge on a cam like that, but may not be the best for a TPI based induction system as they are low RPM performers as you know. The cam you listed from Summit looks lke a nice choice for performance but to get the sound you desire you will probably need LT Headers, no cats and a free flowing muffler to not cover the sound up.
