  • Hood??

    Ive been thinking.

    How does this hood look?
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=380133774756

Does anyone know where to get one close to home?
    Any different companies around here?

I don't know how well that would flow with your nose. I know if you had a nose similar to my old one it would be bad ass.

And do you really wanna deal with paint again............................

That's why I'm not getting the WS6 hood. That one sticks up even more.

I thought it would be a little different. And I know some people seen my car, but I think the hood is the worst part of the car.

There is SO much paint on the hood. The vents do not fit in very well.
And to me it sort of looks like crap.
I guess I'm just to picky.
But I'd like it as close to perfect as I can get.

I dont think it looks too bad.

Yeah I seen them both places. Ebay is the cheapest and $90.00 shipping.
              Which is not to bad.

But I didn't know if anyone had anything closer.

                      What can i do?
With all the paint on my car....the vents do not sit in the hood very well at all.
LOL....you have to be picky like me to see it, but I know whats its doing, and i HATE it. I have actually had to cut some of the paint off my car (the candy red and the clear) where the vents are.
I can't repaint the hood...it will do the same thing it's doing now. 15 coats of paint fills in the gaps pretty fast.

I need a different hood. Something flat I can paint. The WS6 ram air hood is not going to happen. That WAY to high for me.

I got a price of $435 plus the $90.00 shipping. That's the lowest he will go.

I guess I need some feedback.

The only thing that scares me is that the fitment of that hood in the picture is really bad...

It doesn't fit well. I would guess it was poorly installed though. See in the picture that the driver's side sticks up? The gap between the hood and the body isn't even all the way around.
