some cars i worked on were required to be opened so little that you can slip a piece of thin paper under the blade

pull your iac check it for carbon build up as well

Yeah, I think I need to push the screw in more, so it's not out so far.

Sometimes when I start the car, it'll fire up, but then the idle will drop down low for a second, then go back up to normal.

Getting the IAC out is a *****. I'll do it when I get the coolant bypass mod done.
