Can you see the downside?

Hey,

I am looking to see if anyone has pictures of there 93-02 Firebird/Camaro Underside looking straight up?

I want to use it to design my custom exhaust. I am having a hard time visualizing it since i do not have a lift.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pictures won't really help you out there...you need to get under the car and look at it 3 dimensionaly.....there will be stuff in the way that you can't tell from a picture.

what kind of custom exhaust are you trying to come up with? there are some nice cat back systems already made for our cars.

I am going to make a set of custom side exit exhaust pipes as part of my winter projects. The underside pictures will help me photoshop my design. I will still be looking at the underside in person when checking for clearance.

really the only way to make yourself a "custom" exhaust is to get a few strait, a few 90* turns and a few 180* and maybe a few 45* and get under your car and just start going where you want, while chopping the pieces along your way and tack welding them inplace, then take it down and weld it all up

you'd probably be better off finding a nice cat-back and throwing a cutout in it if that's what you're after

I'm not shure what you heve for a exhaust now I'm guessing stock but a nice cut out sound sweet I just had one put on and it sounds great. I have QTP headers and Y and put my cut out just after the and it sounds verry nice. And when I want the sound leavel down just flip the switch to close the cutout.
