Here are some cheaper ones. The ones at Auto Zone and that cost about $50 for the same thing. I got mine through the Pontiac dealership. Cost me a lot but its worth it to protect my baby.

I'm thinking of not covering the car, I put 3 coats of wax on it in August and I will park it next to my house so hopefully not get a lot of snow. What does everyone think? I don;t have a lot of money to invest in a good cover and I've been hearing bad things about covers, anyways the only thing I am worring about parking outside is the amount of time the snow will be sitting on the paint and ice getting into the door jams and ttops. You guys think it would be ok?

I would feel more comfortable going no cover at all. any sort of wind will wreak havoc on the paint. the only thing you might need to worry about without a cover would be large chunks of snow/ice partially melting, and sliding off of the paint.

If you can't get a GOOD cover. Go with out, just keep the large amounts of snow off of it. Also don't park it to close to a building you don't need the Ice & snow falling off of the roof onto your car.

I don't know ...... I would think a little snow on the cover would keep it from blowing around so much.

I need a cover on mine. i park my car outside inback of my house. If i don't i get twigs, tree sap, and leaves on the paint and other places that are a pain in the ___ to get to and clean.

I tryed it one year, not again.

so I stopped driving the camaro the other day just before the snow, I put a full tank of gas and got some STA-BIL fuel stabilizer, I have not put the sta-bil in yet because I have heard some bad things about it. What does everyone think? sould I use the sta-bil or is a pretty much full tank of gas good enough?

Besides that I am goin take the battery out and put some moth-balls in the engine bay ( I had a problem with mice in my TA )

She is put away! I put Scarlett in storage about 2 days ago. Probably the nastiest day to do it but she is parked happily outside Jen's parents house with a full gas tank sitting pretty on carpet squares and covered with the best car cover GM has to offer! Stormsheild biatch! Yeah!!!

I still kind of wish I got a spot in the pole barn but oh well, I'm not gonna *****.

Just as a point of reference, this is what she looks now... Expect a very different car next spring!
