Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

suppose to be 20-25 hp more and helps out thru curve but the most at higher rpms.found out our daily driver (ZR2 blazer)will be paid off soon so will free up some funds and was thinking about a fast intake but like $1,000 this setup is $683 with rails and after I get throttle body still around same money. Thought it looked like almost 9inch to cowl clearance so wonder how much it would affect performance if had parts milled down to take out some height? Also thought about hi ram it is only 12.5 inches tall so if I start to massage cowl might have to check into but believe I don't have enough cubes or hood.
Yep as Mike mentioned no wipers and it hardly clears the glass, you can gain maybe an inch by shimming the k-member down but I'm not too keen on that idea. I love that intake but its not for the weak hearted.
It'd be interesting to see that dyno'd versus a ls6 intake.
With those short runners you'd give up a lot under the curve.....might not be bad if you cam'd it right
The pic shows the different variations of the intake, the FI intake has longer runners than those pictured, the bottom and I think the middle sectionb shown are the different carb'd pieces.
also thinking about the coil hiding valve covers thats on there also seems lil cleaner then the modded vette ones.Going to look into wipers got to be some out there for roadsters/customs etc.
