    Your car is OBD1 if it's a 1995.

I'd take a minute to go through and recheck everything.

See if you're getting spark at the coil. (take a plug and put it in the coil to opti wire)

Check the schrader valve, see if you're getting fuel pressure at the rail.

Check the MAF, make sure it's facing the correct way and is plugged in correctly.

Rent a noid light to see if the injectors are being told to pluse.

Ive done everything u listed except the noid light. It just doesnt make sense that i was able to drive the car, parked it, smoked a cigarette plugged the MAF in and then it wouldnt start again u know?

Is the security light staying on, turning off, or blinking on the gauge cluster?

When you checked the schrader valve was that after disconnecting the battery and it not starting anymore? The fact that the spark plug was dry seems weird. Normally if you crank, crank, crank your plugs will be wet with fuel... It's simple, but have you checked fuses?

I checked after disconnecting and rehooking up the battery. I had let the car sit about 2 hours before i checked the plugs because the manifolds were still hot from when i drove it so i let it cool down an went n got some food. checked when i got back from that. maybe ill go pull one out again

That's why I was asking about the security light but if it's turning off it shouldn't be VATS.

Well I would start from scratch. 1. check fuses. 2. go to shbox.com use their write up to check opti. 3. rent fuel pressure gauge check pressure. 4. check for spark. Get it to start before you worry about the original problem. I wish I could come help but pretty tied up this weekend.

okay guys just an update... i am now not getting spark... i know i was before but my buddy decided to check for me again last night n there was nothing. i have power going to the coil but nothin coming from the coil. Ive already replaced the coil still nothing. i brought my Tech2 home from work today and pulled the code 0016 which says low resolution pulse circuit. Anyone know what they may be? Thinkin it may need a crank sensor?

95 does not have crank sensor. Its done by opti. did you check all the fuses.

Hoping it's just a fuse, bud!

just out of curiousity how would i diagnose the opti? Im not really familiar with it... n ne brands u guys recommend cuz i figure i might as well look at prices...

Edit: also forgot to mention, i checked for spark right off the coil not from the end of one of the plug wires. I have power going into my coil but nothing coming out. It had an MSD blaster coil on it which Ive replaced with a brand new OE coil and still no spark... Does the Opti measure the crank position then send a signal to the coil to send spark back to the Opti? This is confusing haha
