How did you repair your intake? Im using fiberglass and resin, I have 1 layer on now - waiting for it to harden before I put more down.Originally posted by DETROITMUSCLEI did the same thing with my FAST 90 and it works fine.
In the back on the intake there is a 2in hole for some fittings. Apprently it was dropped and that broke. I have the ring from around the fitting but there was a small .5in by 1.5in missing seciton.
Will that hold the pressure?Last edited by SmikeEvo; September 23rd, 2006, 03:27 PM.<<Mike>>

mine cracked on the bottom of the intake, I made a small metal plate that I rivited to hold it together then used fiberglass and resin to completly seal it up. Afterward it seemed stronger than before.Doing less with more

Thanks, I didnt use a metal backing as the crack/whole was pretty small. I just fiberglassed it. So I think it will be ok.Originally posted by DETROITMUSCLEmine cracked on the bottom of the intake, I made a small metal plate that I rivited to hold it together then used fiberglass and resin to completly seal it up.
