  • head question

    I'm building my 98 Camaro to be mostly strip use but some street driving, which cylinder head should I choose for my engine?
    sigpic383 ls1, th400, moser 12 bolt

    Any good cnc ported head will work. For the most part, they're all very close in power output. There's a member on here that has a great set of Livernois cnc 243 casting heads for sale at a good price. Check them out.
    When in doubt, Whip it out !

        Pretty sure Gaspo bought those for his 99 T/A project.

              The cam specs are in my sig, and its 11:1 compression, and the budget doesn't matter

                  Trickflow, AFR, Advanced Induction 243's, ect are all good options. A 383 is kind of a bastard LS motor. Needs the flow of a larger valve but doesn't have the bore to support them.
