soo i talked to thunder racing and they said the TRex would be to crazy for my car.. i would need ATLEAST 4400 stall and if im not taking too 7000 rpm it wouldn't be worth my while soooo i talked to him and probly be getting the TRak(231/234 .640/.590 112 LSA ) with a vig. 3600 stall.... im getting the kits with springs retainers n pushrods what eles should i change??? car already has long tubes 3inch exhuast all the wa back...373 gears... and lid... then im not sure to do a standard ls6 intake or to do a 90/90 but thats alot more money....

Well I certaintly hope your TRAK cam is in better condition than mine. I ordered that one before my MS3 and it was ****ed, the lobes extended past the journals making it impossible to install. Aside from that go with a bigger stall like 3800 or 4000 and you should be fine. Do you have aftermarket heads? If so you may have to flycut the pistons.

becareful with you cam selection. the stock trans is made to shift around 6000rpm. a big cam will make u want to raise your shift points and upgrade your valvetrain to rev to the moon, yet the stock trans will hate it. this is why alot of h/c guys ruin thier trannys yet FI guys who dont raise thier shift points are fine. so unless u have a trans rebuilt in your budget i would aim for a cam that isnt all about high reving.
