  • Where to put manual fan switch?

I opted to make my own rather than pay for an slp one.

So far I have two 12v LEDS with built in resistors
    DPDT switch (center off)

    And black and red wire.

Just not sure if I want it out in the open or not

why not just put in an after market fan controller, trips by the temp you set it to and its all under the hood.

I want it for use at the track mostly, with the car off, also the SLP one is $70. I can put my switches underhood, but not too sure yet.

I wouldnt mount them under the hood, but if you can fab up a nice switch plate, down and out of the way, that would be useful

I just sprayed the leds. I did whipe the whole thing down with some stuff my dad got from work, they use it to detail used cars.
