No just find a socket that fits, you have to jack it up just high enough to be able to get under the car, and of course it would be easier to change em when you have the heads off!! lol

lol, yeah i wish it was that simple, just pull off whatever and just snap it back on. But since my car is in one complete piece, i'll have to just suck it up! I'm thinking about getting some MSD wires while im at it.

We couldn't get it from underneath on mine. I don't know how anybody does it from underneath on #8, cause I had heard that too. If you take the coil packs off, #8 is pretty accessable from the top. Just my $0.02, take the coil packs off and do it from the top, and take them off on both sides before you do any of them, will make getting to all of them easier.

Underneath seemed impossible to me lol with headers that is. For the number 8 plug just get your left knee of top of the battery and lean over the engine extending your arm all the way back its not easy but far from impossible you'll get it.

Someone listen to Jeff. Take off the coilpacks and go @ all of them from the top.

                  <- did 6 & 8 from underneath (But I had a hoist )

8 is behind the stock collector which threw me off the first time... I changed the # 6 plug twice on accident lol

                  remember the anti seize...

And I am running champion coppers at the moment, but my buddy who works for autolite made me some custom plugs that I'm going to try out soon!

OMG I wouldn't take the time to change my plugs if all I had were champions. Why are you running those?

2 drops on the threads, kinda spread it around... keeps the plug from siezing in the aluminum head

Well, guys i finished the plug change! Everything went great (with the exception of me bashing my head on the hood) with your guy's tips! Removed the coil packs, and that made a world of difference. Thanks again!!
