  • Started K-member swap today

    Going smooth so far should have it back together Tuesday afternoon! Everything will be new shocks,springs and control arms.

      Nice. I was wondering if you were actually going to use that angle-iron idea, that we had discussed. Looks like it works.

                    I think they do but its not very common at all. The stock A-arms basically weigh nothing, they are stamped steel. Not many people really swap out to aftermarket a arms for weight. I think even COOKIE MONSTER on here even still has stock a arms

                        Weight savings should be about 46lbs. But the room I will have to work on motor is worth the new K-member!

                          Ryan, I was talking about the spindles , but good to know with the a-arms. Looking cool is worth a few points too tho A tubular spindle has to shave some weight over the stock cast pieces though I would imagine. Just never seen a set....
