You speak the truth! I can change all of mine from the bottom, there are a couple that are kind of hard to get to, I had to get pretty creative for those, but the rest were easy. Just make sure you have both a ratchet AND a wrench for the spark plug socket, that will make a couple of them VERY easy.

SLP used to make a decent little socket to use. it was like a chopped spark plug socket you could use to get into tight spaces on those motors and what not. i loved it but gave it to the guy who bought my old 94 383 LT1

I changed all but 2 from on the driver side from the bottom. On the passenger side I put my arm up between the transmission and Y-Pipe and reached all the way to under the alternator, then the A/C lines were in my way plus the spark plug wires them self.

I changed my plugs because I put in NGK-Rs.

That fancy little SLP socket is nothing but a chopped off spark plug socket. I built mine myself using a grinder with a cutoff wheel. Thats all I use to change mine. And I do all of them from the top. Once you do it 4 or 5 times you get the hang of it and it goes pretty quick. Eric L

yeah headers and no emissions makes it alot easier, I hate doing them on my hemi ram, 16 plugs and 1/2 of them have an individual coil and they are all recessed about 3in inside the valve cover
