  • Steal of a Deal! LT4

i think this week was the best week ever... i ended up picking up a brand new LT4 kit for my car. i saw the posting on craigslist so i called the guy and it sounded legit, so i drove down there to find brand new LT4 heads, Intake, hotcam, rollerrockers, ect. everything i needed to convert mine into the lt4.. i even got a brandnew lt4 timing chain,8 brand new fuel injectors that are 28 lbs apiece, brand new oil pain, and a holley tb thats been ported and what not.. like i said this stuff was right off of a GM LT4 and was only test fired at GM.. anyways i got everything for 1000 i couldnt believe it!!!! but now i am just looking for a corvette LT1 block so i can have the 4 bold mains, and then i can start building a new lt4 383.. so i just thought i would show everyone what i purchased and if you have any suggestion for the motor/383 kit? any parts you guys would recommend for me?

Try to find one of those really rare aluminum 4-bolt main corvette blocks.

Depends on how much pwr you want to make but I would go with the H-beams & forged pitons.

                    Nice pick up BTW.

Btw, a splayed 2-bolt main block, is stronger than a stock 4-bolt block.

                          True!
I have the factory 4 bolt and when you use studs in the bottom end they will take some punishment.
