    ahhh the hard one. the other two are nnut plates that slide out of the body
    remove the rubber plug on the body stand for that bolt. heat the boss up from the back and use an Easy-out on i

        I thought about chiseling it out, but then I ran into a problem, how exactly do I hold the new one in and from turning once the k member is back in the car.

            You can weld in an insert to replace the threads. Or drill it out larger, and use a heli-coil. To get the easy out, out. Try heating it up good, and use a chisel on it in the reverse that it went in. Good Luck. They can be frustrating.
