      nah his rear would be alright yet, we are talking about a cammed 3.8 here not a cammed ls1 . He doesn't even have p&p heads and intakes as far as I know.

        it would probably be safer with a cammed LS1 cause the LS1 would possibly be able to still spin them. With slicks and a stall on a V6, i don't think he'd spin 'em, and the minute he stalls it, and launches, it WOULD have traction and something's gotta give if the tires don't spin..usually it's the gears...they turn into metal shavings

          there are cammed v6s with TCs and all and the rear ends are holding fine. You v8 guys are grenading the rears more than us. lol

            i think itd be fine. at most its making LS1 numbers. most stock LS1s can run stalls and slicks and not break the 10 bolt.

              shit my rear end can't even handle street tires and 390hp!.... given it's a manual and i can "stall" whatever RPM i damn well feel
