i think tinting the taillights is already out of the question, and the overlays are easy to do. so i guess that leaves it to the ceta mod and how much is involved to do it.

If you're going to do it, I would do it with the bumper cover off the car. Do you have access to a spray gun or would you use rattle cans? I doubt you'd get a good look with rattle cans, and if you can't get a gun, take it to a shop to do it.

I have to disagree -- black is pretty easy and should rattle can just fine. Just wet sand afterwards to ensure it's smooth. With proper prep, rattle can jobs can actually look just as good as regular paint jobs.

Paint the CETA, Swap to LS1 style tail lights and get a catback with some good tips. The while and black theme looks bad ass. Kolin's car looks mean as hell with the Berger panel painted and the black ZR1's

i like it but i am not to big on permanant modifications,on the other hand i would like to make it stand out. i guess now i am trying to guage how big of a deal it would be to get it done. i think it flows well with the car and that the CETA proves that it was able to be passed by GM designers. my dad works at GM with designers and the cars styling are contantly being compromised from exactly what the designers want because of cost savings. i think the CETA is an example of the designers getting a little freedom to express themselves with a little bigger of a budget. but back to the question, what is involved to make this mod a reality?

I guess doubt was too strong of a word for me to use there. I agree that you can get good results, but I recommend practicing before you start spraying on the car.
