        • Looking good Liz! Hopefully you don't have the same problems that a guy at work has with AFR, valve guides are completly shot after 6k miles. AFR seems to be taking care of him though, so I think that they have pretty good customer service.

                    8-O im confident that theyll last. if i have to take this apart again in 6,000 miles, afr wont know what to do with themselves

                        Don't worry about it. After you do it a few times an H/C swap takes no more than 1 day

                                no you can do one in a night with a few cases of beer and some pizza. we did Sean "keegoridah" in my garage on a saturday after i got home from work and fired the car at 2am'ish
