    Yep, bolts were very hard to get in and to me that means perfect size. And also your right, they came with locknuts.

Although I think that your right, if I had taken them out of the fiberglass I would have riveted them back in.       everyone complains about that but is my door different or something? I didnt feel a thing! lol Seemed like plastic to me.

        I didn't get itchy, but mine is definately fiberglass..
