coil pack issue

yeah it was seriously the weirdest thing ever, switched themn around from side to side and BAM! it was a completly different car.

that is odd.ive never paid attention to which side they were on before either.and didnt have an issue.but i did check the ptv and regapped the plugs.and getting same result but she is running a little smoother when i keep her running.so i am pretty much going with the tune being the problem.when i data logged the incoming air frequency was high as hell.now the one other thing im wondering is will i need bigger injectors to keep up with the extra air flow?they are the stock injectors which i believe are the 26 lbers on my year as well as the fast fuel rails..the 01 and 02s had 28 right?besides the ported heads and cam i have the fast 78mm intake,ported throttle body and mass air flow ends.someone had mentioned that i will probably have to get 30 or 36lb injectors and a new fuel pump to keep up with the added air flow.thanks again guys for the help.
