Sorry to hear about your Camaro.

Also, if you go for a judgement in small claims you will want to seriously consider ANY offer she gives you.

Reason: If she is retired you could end out with nothing, nil, nada. A judgement does not guarantee you get paid and a retired person's income is off limits. There are many other things that can keep you from collecting as well.

So, if you are offered a settlement from this lady I would take it.

      Good luck!

Hey, was it a V6 camaro or a V8? I'm assuming from the low book value that it was a V6, am I right?

Im sorry man. Thats one of the things we all despise hearing here. I pray you are compensated well. Also I pray that if your maro cannot be restored, which once they been wrecked they are never the same. I would see if you could part it out. You get some cash back and the satisfaction of knowing the car is still alive somewhere. God bless man.
          Peace.

My car is not repairable so what I am looking to do is get a cheap body and do a transfer. I need to find a camaro with a good body so I can put my engine, trans, and even interior if I have 2. I am only looking to spent about 500 dollars. So if anyone can find one or have one please let me know. Thankz.

Well, I bought my V6 camaro for $1100 less than a year ago, very high miles, and I think you could probably find something similar. . .

There was a guy on Woodward yesterday saying he had a 95 TA that had 18,000 on it, he just wanted to sell it cheap. I gave him the card, dunno if he'll post it up or not, I didn't get any of his information.
