Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Alright so im looking for my next f-body and i was thinking LS1 at first but know im not sure, obviously if theres an ls1 i'd get that but i was planing o just not looking at lt1s
so aside from looks do you think its worth it to hold out for an ls1 f-body (mind you for a 19yr old college student lol)
ps. before anyone says or thinks this I've paid for all my cars and trucks (03' ZR2 DD right now) and will be for this one too
Your 19? Why does your Profile say your 17?
I'll be in the market for a 4th gen here in a few months and It doesn't much matter to me weather it a lt1 or LS1. As long as its nice.
I'm 21 and going into my 4th year of college (holy shit, I just realized that) and I'm searching out an LS1 Camaro/TA/Formula. As long as you are looking for an automatic you can get them pretty cheap. Since I'm set on getting an M6 car it bumps the price up a few grand it seems like
well....... Ive decided im going to buy i bike. Im looking at some Honda CBR600 F4i's and one Suzuki GSX-R600.
So im going to get a crotch rocket now have fun. then that way when im out of college i'll buy a 5th gen
Have fun with the insurance rates on those. . . I'm looking at bikes too, I was approved for financing through a nearby motorsports dealer, but I'm looking at cruiser bikes, in the 600cc-750cc range. . . After my 10 over speeding ticket hits my insurance is going to skyrocket. . .

As long as you go with State Farm, insurance shouldnt be an issue. Ive got 2pts and I was quoted at 89 a month for a 2007 Honda CBR 600RR. State Farm rates bikes by cc not by class. Progressive was almost $8500 a year for me.
RS97, look into the Cbr 600RR. The RR is an amazing machine. I was all but sold on one a few months ago, but decided a dirt bike would be better financially for me. Im still getting a White 600RR the second I can afford it.
LS1 no doubt...having driven both there really is no comparison.
Hold on there now James; Lt1's are not P'sOS; I think their low end torque is actually better than the LS1; the LS1 having more "pull" at higher rpm's.
The LS1 is alot better designed motor as far as ignition timing; the LT1's optispark is a very poor design. I've had both and yes I would prefer the LS1 for that reason.
My 97 SS will have an LS2 under the hood by this time next year....
