I'm sure GMMG is working on something...catching up with Hennessey could be a challenge though...

At this point, Berger is working on an IN HOUSE program for their 2010 Berger SS Camaro.

However, nothing is finalized yet, so like Dennis said, stay tuned. We'll pass specific info along to everyone here, as soon as it's available.

I don't believe they are necessarily trying to match Hennesssey (or any other "High Dollar" projects out there). Berger is interested in making some real horse power gains, but also keeping the package reasonably priced. Don't expect to see any $80-100,000 Berger Camaros this time around.

Horsepower/dollar has been the attraction since 1965...strip the whole car, remove the stereo and airbags, and put in a roll cage I say...I'll be tapping my checkbook if it's done right.

But...yeah...the Dick Harrell versions were a borderline laughingstock of a Camaro offshoot...o.k...maybe not even borderline....

              Jeff,

I'll be sure to let everyone know all the details as soon as they are set. Might be a little while yet, though.

I don't expect them to strip the cars of content, and of course, they couldn't remove the air bags because of the law.

The Dick Harrell Camaro program failed for some specific circumstances involving some of the people involved. It got way out of hand after the success of some of the earlier Berger/GMMG packages.

                Thanks for the info guys.
I talked to a gentleman that owns a beautiful Berger Camaro tonight.
He said that he was thinking about the possibily of trading his Berger car for a new Camaro. What ever Berger comes out with, I'm sure it'll be good!

                    Hey Doug,
I believe it was Ken from Byron Center. His car is Dark Blue with White stripes and black interior, with the special chrome wheels.
He might have been just thinking out loud, I don't know.......

                        Ray,
It doesn't seem like it would be all that hard to get to that point. A different exhaust, cold air intake, and a good tune? I could be wrong.

OK, yup, sounds like Ken M. He's been a member of WMCC for quite a while. He's a great guy ........ kinda quiet and reserved. He has a really nice red '68 Camaro, too. His close friend (and WMCC member), Ken B. has a 2010 SS, red w/black stripes. Have you seen that yet?

Yeah, thats the Ken I was referring to. Super nice guy! Ken and his wife showed up at the D&W cruisin last night in his Blue Berger car.

No I haven't seen Ken B.'s new Camaro yet. He came over with some pictures of his newly completed 70 Chevelle SS. I was hoping he would have showed up in his new Camaro, but there was a chance of rain in the forcast that day, so he took his daliy driver instead.

You don't go from 426 FLYWHEEL HP to 500 REAR WHEEL HP with a lid and exhaust

unless you add the required ricer stickers LOL.
