huh? First gens were not tall, they simply had ground clearance. Looking at 1st gens in comparison only highlights the problems further to me There hasnt been a single 60s muscle car i have ridden in that felt like it had a tall driving position unless there was a 6" air-shock lift in the back.

The now nearly middle aged crowd that was around when the first gens came out, don't want a low sports car to crawl in and out of. They want something more like the original cars with all the modern conviences and power.
      this i completely agree with.

You guys can shoot me for saying this but i feel the new Camaro doesn't resemble past gen camaro's at all, the front nose doesn't even have the Camaro symbol on it, thats one of my favorite pieces. just my opinion, maybe when i see it as a fully produced product i might change how i feel.

this is also a good point. to me, that front emblem would be one of those finishing touches that 'brings it all together'

Did the 1st gens have the Camaro symbol, though?

In the first gens, the SS, RS, Z28 symbols were all in the front center except the Z28 which was offcenter a little bit. I think that is what they are going to try to do. I don't really know where they would put that Camaro symbol. Maybe on top of the bumper, above the grille?

There will be a bowtie in the center of the grill. The recesses are there and there will be a bowtie on the back panel as well. No idea on other badging yet. The 69's had the bowtie in the center just like the new Camaro does.

Yeah, guys, it's just a test mule, the concept doesn't count for what badges will be present - and the mule certainly doesn't.

All true, and I agree, but even if I could afford it I still won't buy one.
