Great minds think alike. I was thinking it was gonna eff with the airflow too, but who knows, I might work...I would just be REALLY concerned withg taking a rock on the trany coolers....those tubes are really thin aluminum.Originally posted by Orange Terror View PostNice work Sean. Everything looks good. I'm curious if the tranny coolers being there will affect the cooling abilities of the radiator. Not only because they will have hot air coming off them but also they may disrupt the airflow some. I like the idea, I just hope it works alright. If it stays cool then I guess it worked well!!!sigpicTurbo Charged LS1/T56

well considering a lot of air comes in through the vents i figure it should be fine, however i thought about it and if it so happens to get hot which i don;t think it will with the new radiator and everything else, i will just move one so it creates more airflow but the fins on these tranny coolers are spaced fairly far apart so it should let alot of air flow through as well

They look pretty sharp like that. I did mine in front of the radiator cuz it was easier to mount.

i was gonna do that but then i decided i liked this better cuz either way if its gonna get hit by a rock its gonna get hit then plus a rock will only be able to hit these if it has some weird ass bounce to it
