just need to wire the relay to a switch on the throttle so when its WO it triggers it. Very sleepy idea with the cutouts. it can be done though

Why not just run a Dynomax VT muffler. Quiet at idle and the valve opens @ wot.

Was planning on doing a real quiet burnout in box and everyone thinking oh ya right maybe 15-16s then on takeoff people would be like wtf or think I lost a muffler. I have wot switch from my cars old nitrous setup (car is now wired to tps). I have been installing carpet since 84 and since I got the TA I've been getting back to my roots. I got into autobody and worked in fiberglass company when younger but was hard way to make money and all the chemicals .Now the kids want to learn so starting up shop we are calling MODFATHERS this is going to be our first build! We all are busy with our 9-5 jobs we have but hope to show some other stuff when things get really going!

All that work on the exhaust and after it makes 1 pass the cats out the bag.

Honestly I'd just get regular electric cutouts and just mount a standard switch. Not as much work, and after you're done doing the burnout you can just reach over and hold the switch down to open the exhaust up.

Thanks guys! Plan on cutting off cat and rest of exhaust and put muffler where cat was and dump b4 axles. I don't think cutout would open up fast enough on takeoff anyway. Seen the catalina make run a few ago and no one paid attention to and then kept getting bigger crowd everytime it came back up. Doing lil research and this was pretty funny
