Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

@WMCCjames - What are your plans for printing? Are you just going to have Staples print it out and then you're tacking it onto a board/plexiglass or are you sending the file to someone else to have them make the actual show board?
I think I'll save it in jpeg format and have it printed off then mount it myself on foam core board...that's probably the cheapest route.
I made a few more edits, this is the version I think I'll print. I took out the text reflections and put the actual IROC-Z logo at the top. This cut down on the amount of red. I displayed this on our big LCD at home it it looks killer. Everything is very crisp! WIPv5.jpg
Did you edit out the background with the IROC-Z logo and your car in powerpoint too?
I did actually. PP is pretty damn powerful once you learn some tricks. It helps to have a high contrasting background in your photos..also my native pics were very high res because they came from the photographer from GMHTP.

Looks Great, but should have the Year on it somewhere IMHO.
I think you should get rid of the carbon fiber background so when I use it it won't look like I copied you.
PS - Holy Crap do they make getting rid of the background easy in powerpoint! And to think I use a high end graphics program to remove the background when I did the images for the MiFBody banner....!

James, I like pics 1 and 2, 2 a little bit better, they are close. Also I would add the yr back into the top, since its not stated anywhere in the details below.
'91 Camaro Modded, LSx, House of Kolor Intense White, lowered, GS chrome 18" wheels, 14" Brembo CTS-V on all 4 corners, LS rear end, FP suspension components
" When in doubt...throttle out ! "

I actually played around with PP yesterday and made a showboard too -- I didn't post it here because I didn't want to detract from James' thread.
Removing the background from images in Power Point is AMAZINGLY easy. Find an image and paste it into power point. Then while you have the image selected, click on the "Format Picture" tab up at the top ribbon. Then the first button on the left is "Remove Background" You adjust a marquee square of what you want selected and then it removes the background from stuff outside of that square. Then to add to it, you can draw markers for things you want removed or added and it works really damn well.
Again - I don't want to take away from James' work, here's the showboard I did and you can really see how I took a normal picture of my engine bay and removed a whole bunch of stuff from the image. It's like PowerPoint actually recognizes the "lines" between objects and removes the background from that line - as you can see how it removed everything behind the strut tower brace or next to the cold air intake.
