Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Once you've had a ls1/m6 trans am and a ls6/m6 cadillac CTS V, where do you go from there? What car is there to still own? Your right, I'm thinking the same thing you are... A VETTE!
Only thing is im thinking CHEVETTE! A DIESEL POWERED ONE AT THAT! Say hello to my caddy replacement and latest sedan....
Pretty neat! with it running well you should be able to triple your mileage from your CTS.
I think it a neat car but I wouldn't want to own one because of the availability of the parts.
I like the D-max in the backround as well.
Um, well, that's a new "achievement" in reverse chic.
We had a couple people in our work group who owned those when they were new -- all I can say is to be sure to get yourself set up with an engine block heater!!!

Parts are out there, the motors are indestructible so they basically go till the body falls off.

I don't drive it in the winter, but I did order the super badass glow plugs for it.
lol nice Jordan but I think that D-Max in the background is yours too
My boss still has his first car, a chevette sitting in the back of his dads shop, still runs and could very much so be a DD once again.
So where did the caddy go?
Yeah that's my Duramax aswell, I don't drive that in the winter either, its married to my boat. The Cadillac went to Texas, kid flew up and drove it home last July.
I actually really enjoy it, I get more compliments in this beater than I ever got in any of my ls cars! Within 5 minutes of owning it I had a guy try to buy it at the gas station. It's super reliable And everything works on it. I can bury the needle at over 85 too.
Here's a picture of the Duramax hooked to the reason the Cadillac found a new home...
I love that Chevette! Very cool indeed! I had one too. Mine even had delay wipers! It was loaded!!! LOL!! I loved mine! And yes I beat the crap out of it. Never had a problem with it. I ended up selling it to 4 Mexicans who used to work down the road in the farm fields.
I'd opt for the Caddy over the boat....lol...they say the 2 best days owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it.
Those people were probably married and had kids and couldn't use a boat like this to its fullest.
I might roll down to woodward with the Chevette this summer and show it off. Been seeing a girl that lives on Southfield so I'm in the neighborhood often.
