LOL....Good catch there Angie!!! Even Kyle (MP81) didn't catch that, and he was photoshopping wheels onto the same car for me last week. (Sorry Kyle!!)

So yes, after this weekend I doubled my F-Body ownership. We picked up this 1998 Firebird Convert to use as a daily driver come next summer. It's a one owner with 17,000 miles, as to be expected with that low of mileage it's in excellent shape.

I'll have to borrow the dress that Brian "wore for a long time", because it only has the 3800 V6. The cool thing about the car is that it has the W68 Sport Appearance and Y87 3800 Performance packages. I know there were only 166 convertibles made with the W68 pkg, and 325 with the Y87 pkg....what I haven't figured out is how many were made with both pkgs. Regardless it's one of 166, which makes it pretty unique.

It goes against my theme of owning white TA's, but I looked for quite awhile and couldn't find anything that suited our needs, then this came up.......a V6 for Michelle (my wife) because she'll be traveling further for work soon and wanted something good on gas, a convertible for me, low mileage so if we give it to our son to drive in 7yrs it won't have 200k on it, all at a price I couldn't pass up. What more could you ask for??
